ea Futures offers a fast-track
career to consultancy

Your training will include a secondment with one of our clients which will prepare and equip you to be the type of consultant that businesses are actually looking for while also leading to industry qualifications. And we’ll be there to guide and support you every step of the way.

How does it work?

It’s all about relationships

We work in partnership with our clients to define the role and then we use our recruitment experience to find you the graduate that is best suited for your needs. Together, we will build a bespoke training and development programme for the candidate and we will provide ongoing support, guidance and quality assurance throughout the secondment.

What is the benefit?

You can’t put a price on talent

Graduates come with a lot of potential and ea futures is our way of nurturing that talent. At the end of the training period, trainees will be fully immersed in the culture of your company and your way of doing things. That’s why we give you the option to offer our graduate a permanent position, with no transfer fee.

    • We work with universities to find the best graduates and only introduce them to you after a comprehensive selection process, saving you time, effort and money
    • Our consultants are directly employed by us as PAYE employees and are fully compliant with IR35/off Payroll working regulations, which means you remain compliant without adding to your headcount
    • Training and development programmes are designed around your needs and those of the graduate and delivered via external partners and coaches
    • You will have a dedicated delivery manager who will work with you through the secondment, checking on progress, output and quality and offering support to the candidate
    • At the end of the agreed term, you have an option to offer our consultant a permanent role with no transfer fee
