I love working in an environment that allows me to grow and learn with endless career opportunities available. I’m an organised baking wizard who is only 25 but is known as the office granny. I don’t, however, shy away from a good time which we have plenty of at ea. 

The culture and the drive within the business are what makes me want to work for ea Change!

The team at ea are all fantastic, and it has been so easy to build not only great professional relationships but also great friendships. I’m probably one of the loudest in the office, and I like to think I bring an excess of energy and positivity into the office, as well as into my own work.

When I’m in the office, I’m the only person who still uses the office printer, loves ruining colleagues’ telephone calls by turning up Britpop classics on the radio and bores everyone with stories of my craft beer odysseys!

After 10 years at ea, the relationships I have built with both employees and customers are incredibly important. The customers – so we can meet their needs; The employees – so I know how to take their poker money.

I love the freedom that I have with my work and the time that I spend meeting the next generation of change consultants. When I’m not at work, I’m out exploring Bristol with my dog, and I always have a festival lined up for summer to look forward to – there’s nothing better than camping out in a field with friends on a summery weekend!

My goal is to help create a positive and collaborative team environment where everyone can develop and fulfil their potential. We’re all different, but that’s what makes us great.

I look after all things digital – I genuinely look forward to coming to work every day and being amongst the team. I’m a massive foody, so the abundance of cakes and biscuits in the office also doesn’t hurt.

My role covers all Senior Appointments in the Digital, Change and Transformation space.  I enjoy helping people transition into a new career, whilst providing excellent customer service to our clients and providing a great outcome for all.  I’m a big believer in healthy body, healthy mind and love finding new ways to wind down outside of work, currently that’s an ice bath!

I specialise in opportunities in Business Change and Transformation. ea’s one team culture and focus on quality customer service is what sets us apart from the rest, and makes it an awesome place to work.

I joined to help grow the permanent tech function, and it’s been refreshing to be part of such a positive and supportive culture. I enjoy the football banter and love keeping my colleagues entertained with my dad jokes!

Working at ea is the best. We are like one big family who shares the same ethics and drive to be the best we can be, but we still have heaps of fun along the way.

With a focus on compliance vetting, I ensure contractors are fully prepared and compliant for work. What I enjoy most is the positive, forward-thinking office culture. We thrive on collaboration, regularly coming together for social events that keep us motivated and connected. It’s this vibrant, people-first atmosphere that makes my role truly rewarding.
