We have provided project and programme management services, ranging from provision of individual resources to work on local government projects through to delivery of large scale (40+ people) central government and higher education programmes.
Our bespoke solution for this client has included partnership bid writing and presentation, market analysis and advice, resource augmentation, end client account management and admin services, compliance, and delivery quality assurance.
Our work has included:

- Architecture, project management and PMO services for a new health agency
- Delivery and product management services for a central government department
- Project management and PMO services for a leading UK University
- Testing and automation services for a government regulator
