Providing digital skills and capabilities to support the Department of Educations Teacher Services Digital Programme

DfE is responsible for children’s services and education, including early years, schools, higher and further education policy, apprenticeships and wider skills in England.

They work to provide children’s services, education and skills training that ensures opportunity is equal for all, no matter background, family circumstances, or need.

At their heart, they are the department for realising potential. They enable children and learners to thrive, by protecting the vulnerable and ensuring the delivery of excellent standards of education, training and care.

Working in partnership with Cadence Innova and i10, ea Change are delivering Product, Delivery and Data skills and capabilities to support DfE’s Teacher Services Division to deliver its digital programme objectives:

  • Recruit and train enough high quality teachers
  • Save schools money
  • Enable teachers to find the right job
  • Ensure we have enough teachers in the right schools
  • Support teachers to stay in the profession and thrive

Our work to date includes successful delivery within a multi-programme digital, data and technology driven environment on the following projects:

  • Becoming a Teacher,
  • Teacher Continuous Professional Development,
  • Get into Teaching
  • International Teacher Recruitment
  • Initial Teacher Training Reform

Delivery has been via our expert Product, Delivery and Data resources who work directly alongside DfE in blended teams or via our fully outsourced programme and project delivery services.

We have been supporting DfE as part of its preferred supplier team for the past 2.5 years and following a recent re-procurement we are delighted to have been selected to continue working with them on a 2-year contract worth up to £15 million.

We are very proud that we are able to deliver value to the public sector and support DfE to realise the potential of children and young people.
