Supported by our specialist sourcing teams, they will be responsible for search, selection, vetting, onboarding and induction of interim resources. Our video interviewing service helps our clients assess cultural fit and technical ability without committing time to an interview. Once resources are deployed we will carry out regular quality assurance checks to ensure our clients are happy with the service they are receiving We will provide regular management information on delivery progress as well as interim numbers and spend. Our consultants will transfer knowledge and skills to your in-house teams so you can continue further work on the programme at the end of the contract.
