Our Futures programme is worlds-apart from your standard in-house graduate scheme. Our programme gives you all the tools you need to develop your career in business change and IT, including all the skills and qualifications you need to thrive in the corporate world. Your own career. Your own path.

Our Futures programme is simple

  • We start the search
    We select graduates that have the right blend of academic achievements and inter-personal skills that will thrive within a change context and match our clients culture
  • Secondment selection
    We introduce you to a client within your chosen location. You’re assigned a project and the onboarding begins
  • The work begins!
    You work onsite with the client on one of their projects for the secondment period (typically 24 months)
  • You gain qualifications
    You receive ongoing training and support from us as well as access to regular courses to obtain industry recognised accreditations that are relevant to the context of your delivery
  • The next step is yours
    After the engagement, you can transition and become an employee of the client, or continue with ea and gain deeper exposure elsewhere. It really is up to you.
