Helping you achieve your long-term change capacity ambitions
Our Futures programme is worlds-apart from your standard in-house graduate scheme. We offer a cost effective, flexible and IR35 friendly ‘Project Analyst’ solution to help you future-proof your change capabilities.
How it works:
- Ambitious analysts
We continually build and maintain talent pools of high potential, high calibre graduates across our regional centres, that possess a genuine desire to make a difference in the field of change. Having this pool allows us to meet the tightest of deployment timeframes.
- Selection and vetting
We save you time by offering you access to our profile and video service, which includes psychometric testing and the chance to assess soft skills without committing to an interview. Diversity and inclusion are a big part of who we are, and we proactively support our clients with meeting their objectives.
- Induct and onboard
Once you’re happy that our Project Analyst is the right fit for your organisation, we start the onboarding process. Our Analysts are inducted and employed by us, leaving you free of any HR costs.
- Ongoing training
We implement a bespoke training and development programme that is aligned to each Project Analyst’s career trajectory. Our Analyst’s will be gaining industry recognised certifications and accreditations, taking the most up to date knowledge straight back to your business.
- Hit the ground running
Our Project Analysts are immediately available and ready to take on low level change activities, allowing your skilled team to focus on what they’re best at.
- Checking in
We continually check in with the both the hiring manager and our Project Analysts to monitor wellbeing and performance. We operate a complete open communication policy to quickly identify and rectify any issues or concerns on either side.
- You decide
At the end of the secondment period it’s then up to you if you would like to transition to permanent, but there is no commitment to employ. If you decide to onboard, there are no transfer fees or contractual obligations.
