I love the freedom that I have with my work and the time that I spend meeting the next generation of change consultants. When I’m not at work, I’m out exploring Bristol with my dog, and I always have a festival lined up for summer to look forward to – there’s nothing better than camping out in a field with friends on a summery weekend!

I love working in an environment that allows me to grow and learn with endless career opportunities available. I’m an organised baking wizard who is only 25 but is known as the office granny. I don’t, however, shy away from a good time which we have plenty of at ea.

The team at ea are all fantastic, and it has been so easy to build not only great professional relationships but also great friendships. I’m probably one of the loudest in the office, and I like to think I bring an excess of energy and positivity into the office, as well as into my own work.

When I’m in the office, I’m the only person who still uses the office printer, loves ruining colleagues’ telephone calls by turning up Britpop classics on the radio and bores everyone with stories of my craft beer odysseys!

I look after all things digital – I genuinely look forward to coming to work every day and being amongst the team. I’m a massive foody, so the abundance of cakes and biscuits in the office also doesn’t hurt.

Although my job is to find the next generation of Change & IT stars, people probably know me for managing our 5-a-side football team, organising our social events and being on stage at bingo lingo.

My goal is to help create a positive and collaborative team environment where everyone can develop and fulfil their potential. We’re all different, but that’s what makes us great.

After 10 years at ea, the relationships I have built with both employees and customers are incredibly important. The customers – so we can meet their needs; The employees – so I know how to take their poker money.
