Born in Salisbury but relocated to Bristol in 2005 to start his career in recruitment. A specialist within the Change interim space, Andrew has deployed 1000 contract solutions across multiple sectors during his career. He is passionate about delivery and is responsible for quality assurance ensuring our clients receive the highest levels of service. Outside of work Andrew is a family man that enjoys all forms of exercise, sports, skiing and very occasional music production.

James started his career in recruitment in 2003 after relocating from Norwich after a successful spell in sales. His breadth of experience within the Business and IT Transformation space is second to none possessing an array of specialisms including Analysis, Project Management, PMO and Testing. James is passionate about relationship management and leads EA’s client servicing/ business development strategies. A self confessed gym and golf addict, James enjoys most sports and actively follows his beloved Norwich City Football Club.
