ea Change is embarking on an exciting stage of its journey and is looking to recruit a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join a permanent team across business change and IT
The role will involve the following:
- Delivering permanent candidates across key house account clients
- Managing client relationships and qualifying opportunities
- Business development / networking
- Supporting junior consultants
Requirements:
- Proven experience working within the permanent recruitment space ideally within business change or IT
- Highly motivated and ambitious.
- A strategic, delivery focussed mindset and willingness to be hands on.
- A confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Honest, trustworthy and dependable.
- A sense of humour.
Starting salary is dependent upon level of experience and will include a highly competitive commission scheme and benefits package.
