Scrum Master required to join a leading Financial Services client for long-term programme of work based in Gloucestershire (with flexible working available).
Key skills & experience required:
- Five plus years’ experience in a pure Scrum Master position.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is mandatory
- Experience dealing with multiple teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices
- Experience in Financial Services
- Strong command of Agile principles and methodologies, with a history of successfully implementing Scrum practices
- Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
