Leading UK Retail & Commercial Bank
Our client, a leading retail and commercial bank in the UK, is seeking Product Owner to oversee an implementation of a Shared Services project
Responsibilities:
- Owns and manages the product backlog to deliver a shared service HR model.
- Shapes Product vision and roadmap.
- Prioritises, refines and manages Team Product backlog
- Ensure End to End Service Assurance of critical services
Skills Required:
- Experience of using Jira and Confluence are essential.
- Expertise in Service Integration & Management Operating Models.
- Very strong Influential relationship management skills at various levels
- Understanding of how to action a project backlog and will encourage a high performing team
- Experience of managing HR operations teams
- ServiceNow Experience
