Responsibilities

As a Graduate Software Developer, you’ll play a vital role in our continuous delivery of top-tier solutions. You’ll operate at the frontlines of business change, interacting onsite with a large client and working on nationwide projects. Your responsibilities include:

• Joining the team to gain experience in a dynamic Business Change environment
• Working onsite with one of our large clients, gaining commercial exposure
• Contributing to client projects
• Working under the guidance of a Senior Software Developer to fast-track your career pathway
• Gaining comprehensive consultancy experience

Requirements

To succeed at ea Change, you should possess:

• A Technical undergraduate degree (eg. Computer Science, IT)
• Enthusiasm to work in Change and IT
• Right to work in the United Kingdom
• Strong soft skills, including excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong GCSE and A-Level grades (or equivalent)
