The ideal candidate will need to have strong leadership and people facing skills to lead junior developers as they complete training and begin deploying new greenfield developments, in addition to supporting existing applications and interfaces.
– Strong Leadership and people facing skills
– Coaching capabilities and encouragement to help inspire and develop junior developers.
– Demonstration of rolling out training and case studies.
– Experience of problem solving using tech-based solutions and coding languages such as:
– Hands-on experience with C#/.NET, Node.JS and React
– Experience of working within financial services.
