Excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Experience Lead to work with an established financial services client with scope to extend beyond initial 6 month period.
This contractor will play a pivotal role in leading a team of designers to shape the way our client engage and build relationships with their customers.
Knowledge / experience required:
• Take responsibility for shaping and implementing design strategy and customer experience
• Work with research teams to better understand the needs of the business
• Understand design goals and challenges in the context of the business and engineering priorities
• Mentor and coach Designers within the platform, building a strong culture and collaboration
