Our market leading financial services client are looking for an experienced Project Manager as they embark on a major change and transformation journey. Will have a hands-on, delivery focused mindset and be pro-active and well versed at working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Control the delivery of Programme of work within Portfolio
- Ensure Delivery to agreed business plans within cost, quality and timescale
- Collaboration with business to continually improve agile activities
Key Skills
- Business Change and IT experience and a strong understanding of Agile Transformation
- Experience of launching new products to market in a Retail Bank
- Digital Transformation experience and exposure to working across large and small organisations
- Knowledge of the following Retail Banking products is well received – Current Accounts, Regulatory, Treasury, Mortgages, Loans, Credit Cards, Payments
- Excellent Stakeholder engagement and Communication skills to C-Suite Level
