Training Lead
Engineering Training Lead required to join a Tier-1 bank on a redesign of an educational system. This will be to help significantly improve employment within the city of Dundee after receiving funding from the government.
The ideal candidate will need to have strong leadership and people facing skills to lead junior developers as they complete training and begin deploying new greenfield developments, in addition to supporting existing applications and interfaces.
What you will need to have
– Strong Leadership and people facing skills
– Coaching capabilities and encouragement to help inspire and develop junior developers.
– Demonstration of rolling out training and case studies.
– Experience of problem solving using tech-based solutions and coding languages such as:
- Web UI & Middleware applications
- SQL Procedures/functions
- Azure Data Factory
- SSIS packages
- Power BI reports
- Web and background services
– Hands-on experience with C#/.NET, Node.JS and React
– Experience of working within financial services.
